Staff Experience

Our directors and 15 full-time teachers have 198 combined years of experience, which averages almost 12 years of experience per teacher.

Low Staff Turnover

Over 50% of our teachers have been with us 8 or more years, 70% have been here more than 5 years, and an amazing 80% have been with us more than 3 years.  Continuity of care is one of the basic pillars of our operating philosophy.   We credit our low staff turnover to our many benefits and perks.
